BI-International is an organization dedicated to international professional exchange and offers scholarship programs to promote cooperation and contact between library and information professionals at home and abroad. Since the year 2000, BI-International has continuously sponsored specialist visits, conference visits and study trips in this context.

About the Project “BII / BID”

Purpose of websites "BII" and "BID" is to provide information about support programs and offer the opportunity to apply for them online. By digitizing the approval process, requests are now handled in cooperation with the Goethe Institute within the backend, making the process more efficient.
